Mars description

Humans could live on Mars as soon as 2027, but there’s a lot for us to consider before we pack up and move to space. Five #TEDFellows sat down to explore the big questions about the race to the Red Planet. Does the science exist yet to help our fragile bodies survive on the Mars’s brutal surface? Will life in space only be available to the rich and famous? And, most important of all, do we even have the moral right to take over another planet? You can read their discussion at go.ted.com/racetomars, and let us know what you think in the comments! Photo by @NASA
